The Treatment Contract - Problematic Aspects of Its Formation and Termination

Abstract
This article focuses on the legal regulation of treatment contracts. Attention is given to the specifics of the contracting process and its peculiarities. It is evident that in the area of treatment contracts, particularly in the provision of health services, issues arise that would be difficult to find in other types of contracts. The article provides a detailed analysis of the formation of the contract, its duration, and subsequent termination in various contexts. A special section is also devoted to the issue of remuneration and the negotiation of fees in different cases.
