Abstract
Abstrakt: Článek pojednává o principech lékařské etiky a je volným pokračováním první části článku, ve kterém se autorky také zabývaly principy lékařské etiky, ovšem z jiné (širší) perspektivy.
Principy lékařské etiky můžeme rozdělit na primární principy, sekundární principy a alternativní principy (alternativy, modifikace).
Primární principy (základní principy, tzv. čtyři principy lékařské etiky, principy prvního řádu) jsou základními pilíři lékařské etiky. Determinují etické uvážení v této oblasti. Zahrnují principy – neškodění (nonmaleficence), konání dobra (beneficence), autonomie a spravedlnosti.
K sekundárním principům náleží: pravdomluvnost, mlčenlivost, věrnost, poctivost a důvěryhodnost.
Alternativami (modifikacemi) stěžejních principů jsou: lékařská etika založená na ctnostech, lékařská etika vycházející z péče o nemocné a lékařská etika vycházející z kazuistického přístupu.
Abstract: The text deals with the principles of medical ethics and it is free following of the first part of the article in which the authors were interested in the principles of medical ethics but from the other (wider) view.
The principles of medical ethics can be devided into primary principles, secondary principles and alternative principles (alternatives, modifications).
The primary principles (basic principles, so called four principles of medical ethics, the principles of the first class) are the basic columns of medical ethics. They determine ethics meaning in this area. They comprise these principles – harmlessness (nonmaleficence), doing goodness (beneficence), autonomy and justice.
Secondary principles comprise: truthfulness, secrecy, faithfulness, morality and credibility.
The main alternative (modifications) principles are: medical ethics based on the morality, medical ethics coming out of the care about the ill patients and medical ethics coming out of case report.
